Applied and Denied?
Do not give up! 2 out of 3 applications for Social Security disability benefits are denied. You are in good company. In fact, many of our clients come to us having already been denied two, three, four, even five times! Once you are denied, you have 60 days to file an appeal. It is imperative that you file your appeal on time. Appealing an application denial can “keep the case alive” and move the case forward through the disability process.
